1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of MNSuite.com and its connected Montero Nava web applications, tools, and interfaces (collectively, the “MN Suite Applications”). By accessing or using MN Suite, you agree to use the applications lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Coverage

These terms apply to MNSuite.com and to MN Suite web applications made available now or in the future, including but not limited to Docs (docs.mns.im), Resume (resume.mns.im), Time (time.mns.im), Time-Cal (time-cal.mns.im), Invoice (invoice.mns.im), Proof (proof.mns.im), Slip (slip.mns.im), Inventory (inventory.mns.im), Image (image.mns.im), and Incident (incident.mns.im).

3. Scope of These Terms

These terms apply to MNSuite.com and to all web applications, utilities, tools, and interfaces made available as part of MN Suite, whether linked directly through MNSuite.com or operated under associated Montero Nava domains and subdomains. These terms are intended to apply broadly to the MN Suite ecosystem unless a specific application includes additional or superseding notices.

4. Use of MN Suite Applications

You may use MN Suite Applications only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the applications, infrastructure, or connected systems.

5. Application Availability

MN Suite Applications may be updated, modified, suspended, restricted, replaced, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Features, workflows, exports, formats, and interface elements may change as the suite evolves.

6. User Content and Inputs

Certain MN Suite Applications may allow you to enter, upload, generate, export, or process content such as documents, resumes, invoices, proofs, slips, inventory records, images, reports, calculations, or other materials. You remain responsible for the content you submit, generate, store temporarily, or export through the applications. You agree not to use the applications to process unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.

7. No Guarantee of Storage or Retention

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MN Suite Applications are not guaranteed long-term storage systems. Some tools may process information temporarily, store data locally in your browser, or allow export without maintaining persistent server-side records. You are responsible for saving, exporting, backing up, and retaining your own work, records, and generated materials.

8. Privacy and Local Processing

Some MN Suite Applications are designed to prioritize privacy, minimal retention, local-browser functionality, or limited-session processing. However, application behavior may differ depending on the tool, export method, browser capabilities, hosting environment, and connected infrastructure. Use of MN Suite is also subject to any applicable Montero Nava Privacy Policy or Service Privacy Policy.

9. Generated Documents and Outputs

Documents, PDFs, calculations, invoices, proofs, slips, reports, images, and other outputs generated through MN Suite Applications are provided as user-directed outputs based on the information entered or configured by the user. You are responsible for reviewing all generated materials before relying on, distributing, printing, sending, sharing, or using them for personal, business, administrative, legal, financial, or operational purposes.

10. No Professional Advice

MN Suite Applications may assist with drafting, formatting, calculating, organizing, tracking, documenting, or exporting information, but they do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, employment, medical, safety, or other professional advice. Use of any generated or processed output is at your own discretion and responsibility.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MN Suite Applications to upload malware, interfere with service availability, overload systems, scrape or automate access in abusive ways, violate intellectual property rights, impersonate others, create fraudulent records, generate misleading business documents, or otherwise use the applications in a harmful, abusive, unlawful, or deceptive manner.

12. Third-Party Dependencies

MN Suite Applications may rely on third-party browsers, rendering engines, export libraries, APIs, hosting services, CDN services, or other infrastructure. Montero Nava is not responsible for failures, delays, limitations, or incompatibilities caused by third-party services, software, devices, or environments.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the MN Suite brand, application structure, presentation, interface elements, and related Montero Nava content are the property of Montero Nava or are used with appropriate rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the applications or underlying systems to users. Users retain rights, if any, to the content they independently create and input, subject to applicable law and any additional application-specific notices.

14. Disclaimers

MN Suite Applications are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless otherwise explicitly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montero Nava disclaims warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and data preservation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montero Nava shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or business-related damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, reliance on, or outputs generated by MN Suite Applications. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of productivity, loss of revenue, document inaccuracies, export failures, formatting issues, or interrupted access.

16. Changes to These Terms

Montero Nava may update or revise these terms from time to time. Updated versions may be posted within the legal directory or otherwise made available through Montero Nava systems. Continued use of MN Suite Applications after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where legally permitted.

17. Related Legal Documents

These terms should be read together with other applicable Montero Nava legal documents, including the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Service Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and any application-specific notices published within the Montero Nava legal directory.
