It gives effect to Section IX of Montero Nava Policy Code 0090 and incorporates the applicable disclosure, non-affiliation, third-party ownership-separation, correction, and accuracy principles of Policy Code 6150.
2. Policy Classification
MND-EXT External Research Reports are governed at the document level by Policy Code 0090 and are substantively aligned with the applicable external-informational principles of Policy Code 6150 .
When an MND-EXT document is distributed through a structured or interactive platform, the platform may also remain independently subject to Policy Code 6151.

The required disclosure remains attached to the report when the report is downloaded, emailed, printed, copied, archived, embedded, transferred, or viewed outside its original hosting environment.
8. Corrections, Clarifications & Removal Requests
Referenced entities, rights holders, readers, and affected individuals may request a factual correction, source clarification, attribution review, privacy review, intellectual-property review, removal of specific material, or withdrawal of a document.
